As part of Drake University's comprehensive fundraising campaign, The Ones: Drake's Campaign for the Brave and Bold, I served as a project manager for several high-profile initiatives that supported donor engagement, alumni relations, and institutional advancement.
The Francis Marion Drake Society Dinner is one of Drake University's premier donor recognition events, celebrating the University's most generous philanthropic supporters. I managed the marketing and communications surrounding the event, coordinating the production of invitations, email communications, RSVP processes, event collateral, signage, presentation materials, and post-event follow-up.
Working alongside development officers, university leadership, designers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors, I coordinated projects from initial strategy through final execution, ensuring every detail reflected Drake's brand while meeting aggressive deadlines.
